If it's a fit, we schedule 30 minutes to talk specifics. No pitch deck, no qualification call, no account rep in the room.

Most projects run $150k–$500k over three to six months, though we've done smaller fixed-scope audits and multi-year platform builds. Tell us the problem and we'll tell you honestly what it takes.
Selectively. We're a good fit once you have production traffic and real stakes — not for pre-launch MVP builds. If that's not you yet, we'll say so.
Typically two to four weeks out, depending on team availability and project scope. Urgent incident response or security work can move faster — say so in your message.
Rarely, and only for engagements where we're also using the product ourselves. Default is standard hourly or fixed-scope billing.
We hand over a system your team can run independently — documented, observable, with runbooks. Some clients keep us on retainer for ongoing operations; most don't need to.
